1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services, info products, and goods (“Offerings”) provided by Salejurix through salejurix.pro. By accessing any Offering, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

Salejurix offers:

• Professional services for sale transaction legal support;
• Digital info products, including guides and templates;
• Physical goods related to transaction documentation.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Legal Support Services

Salejurix provides tailored professional support for sale transactions. Each engagement is customized to client needs. Once an engagement is confirmed, no refund will be issued due to resource allocation and expert scheduling. However, clients may request to transfer the service appointment to another date without additional charge, provided they notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

3.2 Information Products

Digital info products, such as guides and templates, are delivered immediately upon completion of purchase. Purchasers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they have not downloaded or accessed more than 20 % of the content. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

3.3 Physical Goods

Salejurix offers physical items related to transaction documentation. Customers may ship back items within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Once items are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees are denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and due in full prior to delivery of any Offering. Payments must be made via approved methods. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of Offering:

• Services: No refunds after engagement confirmation. Transfer of date allowed with 48-hour notice.
• Info Products: Refund requests accepted within 7 days if less than 20 % accessed.
• Physical Goods: Ship-backs accepted within 14 days if items are unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval. Salejurix reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

7. Governing Law
